Privacy Policy

Luke547 is a trading name of Livingstone Rentals LLC. We provide AI phone answering services to roofing and home-services contractors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who this covers

Two groups of people. Our clients, the contractors who buy our service. And callers, the homeowners who phone a business we answer for.

What we collect

From callers

• Name, phone number, and property address, when given during a call
• What the call was about, in the caller's own words
• An audio recording and a written transcript of the call
• Appointment details, if one is booked

From our clients

• Business name, address, service area, hours, and services offered
• Contact name, email address, and phone numbers
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers

Why we collect it

• To answer calls, book appointments, and pass leads to the business the caller rang
• To alert a business owner when a caller has an emergency
• To review call quality and improve how the service performs
• To bill our clients and support their accounts

Text messages

We send account and service text messages to our contractor clients. A client opts in by entering a mobile number on our setup form at luke547.com/start and ticking the consent box, which is unticked by default and is not required. How that consent is collected, and the exact wording agreed to, is on our SMS consent page.

What we collect for messaging: the mobile number you enter, the fact and date of your consent, and a record of messages sent to you. What we use it for: delivering the setup, service, and billing messages described below, and nothing else.

We send you setup and account messages while your service is being configured, service notices such as a change to phone routing or scheduled maintenance, and billing notices relating to your account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies, typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We stop immediately and send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email toms@luke547.com.

These terms work alongside our Terms of Service, which set out the SMS programme terms in full.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the service:

• The business you called. Call details and appointments are passed to the contractor whose phone line you rang. That is the point of the service.
• Retell AI and its telephony providers, which power the voice calls
• HighLevel, which holds contact records, calendars, and messaging
• Stripe, which processes payments
• Netlify, which hosts this website

Mobile numbers. A mobile number given for text messages is passed only to the messaging providers above, who send the messages on our behalf and may not use the number for their own purposes. It is not passed to anyone else.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social media pixel, no session recording, and no third-party analytics of any kind on this site. There is nothing to accept, so we do not show a cookie banner.

One thing is stored in your browser, and only on one page. Our setup form at luke547.com/start saves your answers as you type, in your own browser's local storage, so that a half-finished form survives a reload or a closed tab. It stays on your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not transmitted anywhere by that mechanism. Nothing is sent to us until you press submit. To remove it, clear site data for luke547.com in your browser, or submit the form.

Two things happen that involve other companies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address in order to answer that request. Google Fonts sets no cookies. Separately, our host Netlify keeps normal server logs, which include visitor IP addresses, in order to serve and secure the site.

How to control it. Because we set no cookies and run no trackers, there is no setting for you to change here. Blocking third-party requests, clearing site data, or browsing privately all work normally against this site, and the pages still read correctly with the fonts blocked.

Call recording

Calls are recorded and transcribed. Every call opens with a spoken notice that the call is being recorded. If you would prefer not to be recorded, you may end the call and contact the business another way.

How long we keep it

Call recordings, transcripts, and lead records are kept for as long as the client account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and dispute purposes. You may ask us to delete a specific record at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them
• Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask for a copy of a call recording that involves you

Children

This service is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to use it and to receive text messages from us, as set out in our Terms of Service, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold information about someone under 18, we delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
