How we collect consent to text you
This page describes how Luke547 collects consent to send text messages, and exactly what a person agrees to before any message is sent. Messages are sent by Luke547, a trading name of Livingstone Rentals LLC.
Program status. Consent is being collected. No text message has been sent yet: the A2P 10DLC campaign is not approved, so no message can reach any number and none is being attempted. This page will be updated on the day sending starts.
Client account messages
How consent is collected
On the setup form at luke547.com/start, in the section headed Text messages, directly above the submit button. The contractor enters a mobile number in the field Mobile for account text messages and ticks a checkbox. The box is unticked by default and is not required: consent is not a condition of purchase, and the form can be submitted without it.
The checkbox wording, exactly as it appears on that page:
“I agree to receive account and service text messages from Livingstone Rentals LLC at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies, typically fewer than 10 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS consent details, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
What we send
- Setup and account messages while the service is being configured
- Service notices, such as a change to phone routing or scheduled maintenance
- Billing notices relating to the account
Sample: “Livingstone Rentals LLC: your Ava line is live on (253) 600-3436. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Terms of the program
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers. Message frequency varies with account activity, typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and no further messages are sent to that number. Reply HELP for help, or email toms@luke547.com.
We never share mobile numbers for marketing. The promise, in full and in one place, is in our Privacy Policy. Numbers given here are used only to deliver the messages described above.
